Ladder 22 was dispatched on Sunday morning just past 3:00am to assist the Singerly Fire Company of Elkton on a working house fire.

Ladder 22 joined units from the Union Fire Company of Oxford, Christiana and Aetna of New Castle County, and various Cecil County departments in fighting the multi-hour fire. Ladder 22 crews assisted on overhaul on the first floor opening up the floor, walls, and extinguishing fire in the basement.

WGFC crews were on scene for approximately 2 hours.
