Strickersville Road in London Britain Township, just west of Flint Hill Road, was the scene of a collision between a pickup truck and motorcycle on Saturday.

The WGFC was originally dispatched at 12:53pm for a reported crash involving a pickup and a lawn tractor. Engine 22-1 and a WGFC ambulance responded along with fire police. Additional reports from the scene reported a serious injury to one party, and the call was upgraded to an accident reported serious. The dispatch change added paramedics from Medic 94, and Avondale Fire Company's Engine 23 responded to assist as well.

First responders discovered it wasn't a lawn tractor involved, but a crash between the pickup and a motorcycle. The injured motorcyclist was rushed to the Christiana Hospital Trauma Center by Ambulance 22 and Medic 94. WGFC units assisted the PA State Police on scene for more than one hour.
