The West Grove Fire Company wants you to know that outdoor burning of any kind is strongly not recommended at this time across our area. A combination of an extended period of dry weather, warm temperatures and breezy conditions creates conditions ripe for wildfires. With no measurable rain in the forecast for the next two weeks, along with low humidity, your fire company recommends you refrain from burning trash or yard debris or holding bon fires until conditions change. Please also keep in mind to always check with your local municipal officials and staff about regulations on burning in the community where you live or operate a business. Thank you. |

Dry conditions and no rain in the forecast have created a risk of wildfire. The WGFC recommends against outdoor fires until conditions improve.
