Ladder 22 has its main aerial over a building fire off of Main Street in Toughkenamon, as the WGFC assisted Avondale Fire Company.

Fire departments across southern Chester County were called to assist Avondale on a reported house fire in New Garden Township, in Toughkenamon at 11:33pm Sunday night. Multiple callers to the Chester County 911 Center reported a building on fire with it spreading to nearby homes.
The West Grove Fire Company assisted Avondale on this call, with Ladder 22 arriving as the first due special service (Ladder Truck), joining with units from multiple companies to handle a 20x40 foot building fully involved in fire, with some spreading to nearby sheds.
WGFC units were on scene for approximately 90 minutes.
