At the February monthly business, the Honorable Stephen B. Black, Mayor of West Grove Borough, held a swearing in ceremony for 2025 fire police of the West Grove Fire Company.

WGFC Fire Police are an invaluable group of volunteer first responders who are on scene to support emergency operations by providing traffic control. They are often at the roadway intersections for the full duration of incidents, closing roads, providing detour directions, sometimes quite some distance from actual emergency. Their work assures a zone of safety for fire and ambulance personnel working in or around back roads and highways.

We thank Mayor Black for coming to the meeting to swear in the Fire Police, and extend our gratitude and congratulations to the WGFC fire police.
