A two vehicle crash Thursday afternoon slowed traffic at the intersection of Routes 896 and 841 in Franklin Township.
First responders from the West Grove Fire Company responded to a crash between a passenger car and a pickup pulling a trailer at 5:40pm. Engine 22-3 arrived to find a damaged vehicle blocking traffic on Route 896, with Ambulance 22-2 also on scene to evaluate any patients. Other responding WGFC units were returned, and fire police and the E3 crew assisted the State Police on scene until the damaged vehicle could be removed by a tow truck for just under an hour.
